Inkhead World 2 Boss Guide: Dock, Carousel & Sky Fights
Read World 2 scenes for Captain Barnacle, Carousel Carl, Tin Can Tex, Hugo Hot-Air and Bingo & Bango before your next attempt.
§Captain Barnacle: Cannon fire crosses the dock#
The captain’s cannon points left across a dock arena. A dark cannonball is visible between the ship and the player, who is airborne near the left side.
Keep distance available behind your movement and read the projectile’s height. Choose your crossing after checking both the cannonball and the landing area. Do not wait beside the cannon merely to maintain damage.

§Carousel Carl: Moving heights change your route#
Carousel horses occupy several heights across the arena. In the reviewed scene the player is above the low platforms while Carl stands on the right.
Watch which level will be occupied next. Leave a clear way down when jumping through the moving layout, and check the next platform before committing to another leap.

§Tin Can Tex: Track the platform lanes#
The shooting-gallery arena contains bird-shaped platforms at different heights and a lasso extending from Tex on the right. The player is high above the centre lane.
Read the lasso’s occupied space before switching lanes. A higher route can create room, but your next landing still needs to be planned. The frame does not establish a universal safe height for every attack.

§Hugo Hot-Air: Keep space in the flying arena#
The player flies a small plane on the left while Hugo’s balloon occupies the right. Cloud scenery and visible projectiles frame the open air between them.
Stay far enough from the balloon to read new projectiles. Avoid using all your movement room on an early correction. This is an aerial encounter, so use its movement response rather than applying a ground-platform route.

§Bingo & Bango: Two opponents share your forward view#
The boxing-ring scene places two kangaroo opponents together on the right. Both remain relevant to your position, even while your shots are aimed at one.
Watch the front opponent without losing the second silhouette. Keep space to retreat when their positions overlap, and resume damage once the lane becomes readable. This selected scene does not establish shared health or a required target order.
