Inkhead Weapons & Charms: Try Before Buying

Use Peas & Perks and the Try-O-Matic to compare a short-range spread weapon and a dash-focused charm without invented rankings.

§Use the shop preview to compare attack shape#

The shop includes a Try-O-Matic area on the right, an item description below and separate Buy and Leave controls. The recording cycles through equipment while the character demonstrates shots in the preview.

Use the preview to compare coverage and reach. A pattern that fills nearby space may require closer positioning than a straight shot. Check the current price and your displayed currency before confirming a purchase.

§Splitter: close-range spread#

The recorded Splitter card describes a three-way spread, short range and high damage up close. The preview shows separated projectiles. Its listed EX is Five-Way Splat.

This makes it a candidate when you can safely stay near a target. If the encounter repeatedly forces you to the opposite side of the arena, prioritize reach and survivability in your choice. The footage is a demonstration, not a timed damage comparison; recorded DPS and price are excluded from this guide.

§Puff charm: a dash-related option#

The next reviewed charm card says dashing makes you vanish in smoke and dodge damage. The video’s captions partly cover the item name, so this guide uses the visible Puff label without extending it into an unverified full name.

Read the charm in the current shop and test the dash deliberately. The frame does not establish how long protection lasts or which hazards ignore it. Avoid treating a dash description as permission to cross every attack.
